• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 5-7 business days pending availability and credit verification.
• All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 5-7 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
• We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information provided for credit verification.
• We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
• You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com
using the assigned tracking number.
• We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
• FREE RETURNS and exchanges are accepted for a refund on full priced merchandise within 21 days of your order receipt.
• We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached.
• All merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, unused condition.
• Sale items are final sale, but can be exchanged for different sizes or items of the same price.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
• Included with each purchase is a PRE-PAID UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
• Securely pack and seal your package and send it back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label.
• (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
• Once we receive your package we will notify you via email at the address used at the time of the initial transaction.
• We will refund your original form of payment within five business days.
• Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
• Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them ONLINE ONLY for Domestic checkout.
• They cannot be used for OVERSEAS Shipping customers.
• Our Gift Cards have NO additional processing fees.
