Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within two business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes.

How do I track my order
You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com using the assigned tracking number.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
FREE RETURNS and exchanges are accepted for a refund on full priced merchandise within 21 days of your order receipt. We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. All merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, unused condition. Sale items are final sale, but can be exchanged for different sizes or items of the same price.
How do I process a Return or Exchange?
Included with each purchase is a PRE-PAID UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. Securely pack and seal your package and send it back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package we will notify you via email at the address used at the time of the initial transaction. We will refund your original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Gift cards are delivered by email, and contain instructions to redeem them ONLINE ONLY for Domestic checkout. They cannot be used for OVERSEAS Shipping customers.
Our Gift Cards have NO additional processing fees.
Getting the Right Size and Fit
We want to make sure you are pleased with the fit of your purchase. If your questions are not answered on the web site, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see your size in stock, please feel free to contact us so we can try and locate the item for you.
*Note: Our Men's Wovens & Jeans run about a size big, so if you like your clothing more fitted, size down. Everything else runs true to size.
When Should I Wash My Jeans?
We recommend you wear them a lot, and wash them only when you absolutely have to. They will shrink in the first wash cycle, so you must wear them enough after that to stretch them back to their original fit. If you don’t wear them often, they will shrink more than if you have worn them every day for 6 months before a wash. All fabric has a varied tolerance that will stretch and contract depending on how you wear them.
1) Turn your jeans inside out
2) Set your Machine to "Gentle Wash" in Cold Water (If you’d like them to Lighten up in color, wash in Hot Water)
3) If your washer is old school, Add your detergent & then your jeans (by themselves)
4) After the cycle ends, turn your jeans right-side out & Hang to Dry
5) If they are too stiff to wear, tumble in the dryer on "No Heat / Fluff”
*Note: All washing machines and dryers are different. If something weird happens to your jeans after following these instructions, please contact us to try and resolve the issue.
